Who we are
This website is published by CM Creations, in Quebec, Canada (“we”). The person in charge of the protection of personal information at CM Creations can be reached at support@cmcreations.app.
What this website collects
CM Creations collects and stores nothing about you when you visit this website. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, loads no fonts, scripts or images from other sites, and contains no analytics, advertising or social media tools.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Microsoft Azure (Azure Static Web Apps). Like any web server, it receives technical information with each request, such as your IP address, the page requested, your browser and the time, to deliver the pages and protect the service against abuse. Microsoft handles this information under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We do not use it to identify or follow you.
Links to other sites
This website links to the websites of our apps and to their store listings, such as Google Play. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them. Each app’s privacy policy is on its own website.
If you write to us
If you write to support@cmcreations.app, we use your email address and message only to answer you, and delete them once they are no longer needed for that purpose.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and collects no information from them.
Information processed outside Quebec
Microsoft Azure may process the information it receives outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States, where this website is hosted, under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask to access or correct personal information about you, have it deleted, withdraw your consent and, where it applies, receive it in a portable format. These rights come from the privacy laws that apply to you, for example Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe, the UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). For any request or question, write to support@cmcreations.app; we answer within 30 days.
You may also file a complaint with the privacy authority where you live.
